Mdm Annie and her family of 6 lives in a 3 room apartment and struggle to make ends meet. However, things got even worse when Annie had a serious back injury. When bad times become worse, it affects even the strongest amongst us so it was no surprise that Annie had dark thoughts, depression as she struggled to regain mental health.
One of her important responsibilities is to do the marketing for the family but with her condition, Annie lost all confidence to venture out. One day it occurred to Annie that she could probably balance on a tricycle even though she had recovered from her injuries but still had lost her confidence.
We rarely have tricycle donations and this is the second one we received, (click 'A Blooming Miracle' to read about our first).
Our sincere thanks to tricycle donor Ms Jennifer L for this transport that perfectly meets the needs of Mdm Annie. We also thank Ms Sheena for funding the refurbishment for David to service and make the tricycle look new again.
We have moved our operations back home as we felt it is not prudent to continue renting. We are still sending bikes to needy families and asked for your patience as we juggle between setting up our work space at home, operations and urgent requests.
