Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS) envisions to reach out to those in need with love, and be a beacon of light that shines through their darkness. The work of SACS serves the community through three pillars of services - Psychiatric Services, Senior Services and Family/Children Services. SACS is a community service arm of the Diocese of Singapore. It is a social service agency and accorded Institute of Public Character status. o be a light in society, relieving suffering and enriching lives with the love of Christ. They provide support, care and rehabilitation to the underserved and disadvantaged by ministering to their physical, mental, and social needs based on Christian values.

 

 Club Rainbow support and empower children with chronic illnesses & their families by providing compassionate relevant services in their journey towards an enriching life. Many of their services are geared towards helping the entire family in a holistic way as every family member is likely to be impacted by the child’s illness in one form or another. By providing compassionate relevant services, they aim to give all beneficiaries a better quality of life and hope for the future.

 

 Fei Yue was founded by the Chinese Christian Mission with the simple calling to be a vessel to serve the needy and help the vulnerable in the community. Their organisational mission is 'to effect life transformation' and they believe in working closely with the communities they serve which ranges from the young to the old. Motivated and driven by their mission, they comprise passionate and unique individuals who pursue the best in whom they serve. The Fei Yue culture encourages nurturing talents so that their potential can be unleashed, exceptional and innovative.

 

Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981 amid a climate of changes in the early 1980s — intensifying economic competition in the region and the widening rift between the wealthy and the lower-income, particularly the Chinese blue-collar workers. ​

Seeing them live on a low income with few opportunities for a formal education, their founders held onto a strong belief of empowering the community to help them realise their potential, become more competent and fulfilled persons. Over the years, Care Corner has evolved into a leading social service agency. With 43 service points across Singapore, they serve children with special learning needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds, youth-at-risk, troubled families, vulnerable seniors and individuals with counselling and mental health needs.

 

 AMKFSC Community Services is a leading community-based social service agency, which provides a holistic range of services to support children, youths, families and seniors at multiple touchpoints across Singapore. Through their service offerings, strategic partnerships and community initiatives, they help disadvantaged individuals and families to overcome life's challenges, maximising their potential for a brighter future. 

 

 Lakeside Family Services is a charity which has served the community since 1993, regardless of race, language, or religion. Their aim is to develop resilience in disadvantaged children, mould troubled youths into contributing individuals, empower active seniors to help lonely seniors, assist ex-offenders in reintegrating into society, and help women with unsupported pregnancies. They are an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

 

Masjid Sultan, a premier mosque in Singapore and prominent landmark in the Kampong Glam Malay Heritage District. It has a long history that goes back to 1824 and has passed through many development stages before becoming what it is today. Its prayer hall which can accommodate up to 5000 people in mass prayer. 

By deed of trust, it is managed under a Board of Trustees of 12 members who represent 6 ethnic groups namely Malays, Bugis, Javanese, Arabs, Southern and Northern Indians. In 2005, the Mosque Management Board was given the mandate by Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) to manage the activities of the mosque with the Board of Trustees being in-charge of the structure and land of the historical mosque.

 

Masjid Al-Mukminin, financed by the Mosque Building Fund, was originally completed in 1987.  Located in the West, it has since undergone a major upgrading from a 2-storey to a 4-storey with basement building, which was completed in June 2006 and can now accommodate a congregation of about 4,500.  It offers a range of Islamic Learning programmes serving the needs of the residents in the nearby HDB estates. 

 

PCF Sparkletots is Singapore’s largest preschool operator and employer. Operate over 360 preschools island-wide with an enrolment of over 40,000 children. They are an Anchor Operator funded by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Over the years, they have launched several initiatives to raise the quality of preschool education. These include offering a diverse range of learning programmes, improving the curriculum and facilities, and providing continual professional development opportunities to all their staff.

 

 

 

THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC today serves more than 55,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors’ Community, and Therapy.

 

 Al-Mawaddah moque serve residents from Sengkang, Hougang and Punggol. Furthermore it is intended to serve praying needs for approximately 4,000 persons at peak periods. 

An open-to-all concept and “Family Friendly” theme proposed by the mosque promises various programmes and facilities to enhance community bonding among the different races and families across the different age groups.

 

 The SBL Vision Family Service Centre is a community service by the Singapore Buddhist Lodge Welfare Foundation. They are a voluntary welfare organisation located in Tampines since 1998. 

SBL strive to support and empower their clients so that they are better able to cope with their personal, social or emotional challenges in life.

  Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is a leading charity that provides home healthcare services in Singapore, regardless of our patients’ ability to pay. Dedicated to all-round support for our patients, HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes to look after patients’ emotional well-being and healthcare needs. Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres and Active Ageing Centre (Care) offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help out elderly stay independent in their own community.
