My Appreciation

My Appreciation

What an roller coaster ride this year has been

You can read about our first year journey in this blog.

I have so much to be thankful for. My family helped so much. From buying us groceries (mum) to babysitting (mum & aunt) and even helping with our laundry (mum again!).

Our church, St John St Margaret's is also our pillar of support and has prayed for/with us throughout my hospitalisation and till today. The clergy, from Archdeacon, vicar, chaplain and everyone else has just been there for us throughout.

Our third pillar are the many angels that walk amongst us, invisible but to those who need help such as : Irene, Mei Hui, Russell, Doris, BT and all the case workers and not forgetting our patrons and sponsors (Jaxon, Sanjeev and Lena, just to name a few). We are both grateful and awed.

Our final pillar are the many beneficiaries who continuously inspire us with their resilience and courage. Despite the difficulties they face, they carry on everyday.

Lastly, thanks to my hubby, who's always there for me even when I forget to ask.

Elena
