Our first CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) team-building event with Pepper Global. They came to refurbish 3 bicycles which were donated to needy families(see here, here and here). The session started with a brief introduction, complemented by a light breakfast.
Each of the 3 team worked on one bicycle. The teams learned and cooperate to do repairs such as changing tires and tubes, replacing chains, brakes, and cabling.
Pepper Global CEO Mike Culhane popped in, donned gloves and dived right in with the teams to refurbish the bicycles.
Their teamwork was awesome and the bikes were done in time for lunch. The synergy among everyone involved was truly amazing, creating a memorable and inspiring atmosphere for the entire team-building event.
The team even surprised their CEO with a birthday cake and their wishes!
