Mr V is referred by Lakeside Restorative Care for ex-convicts to reintegrate back to society in a wholesome and productive way.
Although the request came last year, Mr V had a stroke and was hospitalized before we had the opportunity to present him a bike. Through the prayers from his wife and us, he had an amazing recovery and was able to get back on his feet and working too!
God's timing is always perfect as now, instead of just running errands, the bike can help Mr V in his recovery and have a healthy living lifestyle!
He was very happy with the bike and jumped right on to try bike before we could even take the picture!
Mr V would like to express heartfelt thanks to Mr Xavier and Mr Theddeus (see blog here) who funded the repairs and to bike donor/patron 'Ibu Kuching'
Mr Vicky gave full media release to encourage others to step forward and give a chance to ex-convicts re-integrate back into society. He has also asked for a bike for his son so they can cycle together, pending us finding sponsorship.
