About Us
BikeShack is a social enterprise that seeks to reduce the number of abandoned bikes in our city.
We hope that our initiatives will
- help new cyclists be more discerning in their bike purchase
- find new owners for pre-loved bikes
- change perception that bike maintenance and repair is a daunting task
- mobilize the cycling community to do more for the environment and society
- give free bikes to underprivileged and low income families
With your support we want to build the fundamentals that will turn our nation into the garden state we wish it to be.
Since starting operations at 5th Floor Lobby A at IMM Building, we have supported various family centres and institutions of public character by donating bikes to families under their care. You can read about our initiatives here
